Risk information

The PGD Mastertoken is a community, access and utility instrument within PLAYGLOBAL Digital. It provides digital access to information, platform functions, community mechanisms and loyalty functions.

Holding the token creates no claim to future allocations, tradable tokens, economic benefits, participation, profit distribution, dividends or returns, and no other investment or financial right. Loyalty, access, bonus, community and reward mechanisms serve the use and further development of the environment. They may be provided, adjusted, restricted or terminated for a defined purpose according to technical, operational, regulatory or community-related criteria.

No price increase, resale value, liquidity, listing, tradability or financial return of any kind is promised, implied or guaranteed.

Jurisdictional information

Access to PLAYGLOBAL Digital is directed exclusively at a private, verified group of participants and not at the public.

Participation is excluded for persons with residence, registered office, habitual residence, nationality or any other relevant connection to a jurisdiction in which access to, acquisition of, holding, use or transfer of the PGD Mastertoken would be unlawful, subject to authorisation, restricted or connected with additional regulatory requirements, unless those requirements have been fulfilled in advance.

This applies in particular to persons or legal entities from sanctioned, restricted, non-cooperative, high-risk or regulatorily excluded jurisdictions, and to persons whose participation would not be permissible under applicable sanctions, anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist-financing, tax, capital markets, crypto, payment services or consumer protection rules. The same applies, where relevant, to U.S. persons as defined for the purposes of Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.

Access requires a prior identity, compliance and eligibility review. This may be conducted through the VALYGO platform or through another onboarding process approved by PLAYGLOBAL Digital.
